| At our production facility we use state of the
art equipment and technology, which includes three
BMB 1760 coating lines, Procoat colour kitchens, GAW
colour kitchens, BM slitter rewinders, SHM and ATLAS
sheet cutters, BIELOMATIK ream wrapping machine,
YUKWANG MACHINERY reel wrapping machine, BASF
micro-capsule know-how. Our coating lines are
equipped with floatation dryers, full-speed
splicing, coating weight control, on-line
calendaring, and so on. The #3 Coating Line is
characterized by:
- Tandem Coaters, the first one Jet Blade, and
the second Curtain, allowing us to apply two coats
on same side or on different side in one single
pass;
- Higher line speed, allowing us to run the
machine at 1,000 m/min for carbonless copy paper,
670 m/min for thermal paper;
- Latest inspection system for detecting coating
defects, scratches, holes, spots, and other paper
defects thereby reducing loss from production and
raising the quality level of our products.
