Microcapsule is key to production of carbonless copy paper. Our MF resin process is one of the most sophisticated processes ever used. By high-speed shearing, dispersion, and emulsion, colorless dye is enclosed in a wall; the 5μm microcapsule thus formed is then cured at a higher temperature. In our microcapsule process, we have optimized microcapsule size for the best possible image density; and our advanced process enables us to formulate at low costs microcapsules for images of different colors, and microcapsules for low temperatures.
