The Company’s registered capital is 160 millions RMB, re-organized and renamed from former Zhanjiang Guanhao Paper Industrial Co., LTD. As a “National Key High-tech Enterprise”, the Company became a public company in June, 2003 and issued 60,000,000 at Shanghai Stock Exchange.

The company specializes in the manufacture and marketing of thermal recording paper, carbonless copy paper, inkjet paper, other coated specialty paper and microcapsules. The Company is the first paper maker in China who specializes in large-scale production of thermal recording paper, and one of the largest and best equipped carbonless copy paper production base in China, whose current capacity is 65,000t/y.

The Company has spared no effort in improving its “modern enterprise system” and has established an efficient and well-organized corporate governance structure. The Company has an ISO9001 certified hierarchical quality assurance system with operator-level, foreman-level and mill-level quality controls, using computer network and video camera to monitor and manage production operations.

In order to improve and update the technology, Specialty paper Technology Center was established, which the main function is product R&D, test new recipes, make trial for process improvement and collect product-related information.
